Knitting Patterns

I have always admired people who are good at crafts. I had a few sad attempts of trying to do crochet and knitting when I was a little girl, like when we were making little crochet owls in first grade and when I was knitting scarves for every single family member for christmas because that was all I could ever knit. Once I got older, I forgot all about it and now, for the life of me, I cannot figure out how to do it anymore.

I really love anything made out of wool though. Wool hats and gloves and scarves in the winter are not only nice to keep you warm, but they are also a great fashion accessory. Even though the winters here in Pinehurst are usually mild, I like to wear a hat or a scarf during the cooler months, because they're cozy and look great. So I was trilled when I was contacted by the owner of http://www.vermontfiberdesigns.com and when she asked me if I was interested in photographing her new collection of knitting patterns.

Not only did I get to spend all morning at a beautiful horse farm in Southern Pines, NC, where we took the pictures, I also got to work with one of my favorite models, Kyla Roeber, again.

Lucky for us, it was an actually cool spring morning in the Pines, so the woolen clothes and accessories were perfect.
