Behind the Headshots – Second Headshots with National Public Safety Group in Pinehurst, NC

Last week I had the pleasure of photographing another fantastic session with National Public Safety Group, one of the leading public safety software consulting firms based right here in Aberdeen, NC. This was my second session for NPSG this year — and once again it was a creative and dynamic experience.

National Public Safety Group (NPSG) is a concierge consulting firm focused exclusively on public safety software projects, helping agencies with everything from needs assessment and procurement to project implementation for mission-critical systems like CAD, RMS, and mobile solutions. They bring decades of experience in public safety technology and consulting — with team members averaging nearly 20 years each in the field.

The Session Setup – Branding + Headshots in Pinehurst

Each time NPSG brings together their team of experts, I’m there to capture polished professional headshots and brand imagery that reflects their expertise, confidence, and team culture.

This year’s session was held at Pinehurst #9 – The Clubhouse, where I set up in the banquet room and photographed individual headshots for all team members - a total of 21 executives and staff this time around. A few couldn’t make it due to weather and flight delays from the recent winter storm, but the group we had was enthusiastic, collaborative, and ready to create sharp, professional images.

The large space and natural light at #9 gave me a chance to shoot both formal headshots and relaxed branding portraits that highlight each person’s professionalism and personality — perfect for use on their website, LinkedIn profiles, and marketing materials.
